That evolution will not work with Exchange accounts, particularly Exchange 2007 accounts has been known for some time now but for some reason this cannot be or is not being fixed. The only workaround that I know of is to connect to your exchange account as an IMAP account. That works. You won't be able to use the Exchange frills, but you can manage your email.
