Sorry I've been mistaken by the nautilus-share error in your xsession. The call to f-spot from nautilus is wrong.
1. Can you create a new user, try with this user and tell if it works or not. 2.1 If that works then there is an error in the configuration of this particular account. Login as the user that fails and run the following command: grep x-content/image-dcf ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list It should return something like "x-content/image-dcf=f-spot-import.desktop;" 2.2. If that fails then this is a global error due to a package. Login as the user that fails and run the following command: grep x-content/image-dcf /usr/share/applications/defaults.list It should return something like "x-content/image-dcf=f-spot.desktop;" 3. Then run the command locate f-spot-import.desktop (or the name of the file after the = sign) Please attach the file(s) returned by this command to this report. -- F-Spot Photo Manager does not start when Photo media inserted https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/228934 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
