After dist-upgrading from 3.5.3 to 3.5.5 my Appearance System Settings crashes with this output usually. Sometimes the output is the one listed in the linked bug report. If there is any info that I can be of interest (config files, etc...), please let me know. Right now I am not sure what can be useful.
