No, please don't add virt-viewer as a dependency, we don't want to install x and gtk since we are doing everything using CLI tools (virt- install, virsh, kvm).
As you can see the virt-viewer error is not blocking your installation and you can easily avoid it if you pass the "--noautoconsole" option to virt-install.
