Just reinstalled the jde (7.10) completely because the last update had dependency problems with emacs.
The problem still exists - also see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jde/+bug/172743 And: By swapping the two lines there are no problems with cogre and none with cedet on my machine!!
