Public bug reported:
When watching videos on youtube, all other applications that need sound are
blocked in a manner, so that they can not play any audio at all.
I.e. when I watch a video on youtube, it is not possible at all to have music
played by Rhythmbox in the background, or editing audio with Audacity.
However, this is not a youtube specific problem, but also occurs when,
for instance, editing audio with Audacity and playing music with
Rhythmbox. In that combination, it would no longer be possible to play a
recording in Audacity.
This is a major limitation that should be reworked.
