Robert, Please open another bug for this issue. It's completely separate (although I too see it w/ my mouse and keyboard). I started to try to look into it, and there was an indication that it's a bug in the X server, but no confirmation. I end up just unplugging/pluggin back in the USB BT adapter when I return to the comp.
