After a text-based installation of Ubuntu 7.04 (graphical did not work)
and upgrade to 7.01, and 7.10 and 8.01, I attempted to view utube with
sound. It failed. I checked the System>Preferences>Sound, and found
nothing wrong. I Googled ubuntu sound on acer and found no answer. I
don't know whether there is a sound installed or not, or, if installed,
if it is working.
