Heres a debdiff to clean this package up a bit.

- Bump Debian Standards version to 3.7.3
- Add Homepage field
- Update Maintainer field to match the DebianMaintainerField specification
* debian/watch: Add watch file
* debian/rules:
- Dont ignore make clean errors
