Aiee. This appears to have made it into Hardy and is going to block up my upgrade process from 6.06LTS on "production" systems. Will checkfs.sh be run against on-disk partitions when booting from the LiveCD? At what point will it first be run during the install process? I'd like to be sure there's a window of opportunity to apply the workaround before I find out the hard way. Of course, since I intend to stick with ReiserFS for a while longer, I'd also like to be sure that any later updates won't stomp on that fix.
