Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo 7600 (also called Amilo-A CY26). trackerd does not stop working for more than 6 hours. tracker-applet's yellow tooltip reports: "Merging (paused by user) 0/0 indexes being merged." After upgrading, initially this malfunction did not happen. It only appeared after I deasserted the 'index and check personal folder' button in the 'Tracker settings' dialog window and added ~ to the field 'Additional directories to be indexed once'. This error did not disappear when I completely de-installed all tracker packages and reinstalled them using Synaptic.
