Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

If you have no 'Identifier' in your 'ServerLayout' section in your
xorg.conf file, then X starts garbled.

However, if you remove the whole 'ServerLayout' section, then X starts
all fine.

Kind of strange that you don't need a ServerLayout section, but if you do have
one, then it must contain an 'Identifier'.
Make it so that if no Identifier is present in the ServerLayout section, it
works anyways.

** Affects: xorg (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
