I can confirm this as well. AMD Phenom 9500, Geforce 8800GT, 2GB Ram and one of the core is at 100% when I start moving 2D-Stuff around (like cards in Freecell Solitair). Moving windows and icons is no problem, maybe because they are accelerated by compiz via the GFX card. This bug is really disturbing, have to disable Compiz currently.
