Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, the patch you referenced will be
available in Hardy+1 ie the Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. However, if
you'd be interested in testing the upstream kernel which contains this
patch it would be good to have confirmation it does indeed resolve your
issue. For help with building and running the upstream kernel, refer
