Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

I just upgraded to 8.04 from 7.10 and I'm getting bombarded with
requests from the new crash report utility to log my crashes to the
Ubuntu website, so here I am.

I notice that there are quite a few bugs that look very similar to this
one, the only difference is they have different version numbers, so I
guess I'll log this as a new bug and let someone more experienced decide
if it's a duplicate of another bug or not. :)

I upgraded using the 'Update Manager' update method over the Internet.
