Is this fixed in k/ubuntu 8.04 then? I have installed EnvyNG, what driver do I want to ensure that this does not occur, is it 169.12?
Also, I have heard reports of people not being able to log into KDE when they have the correct drivers installed, any reason for this? Basically, I am asking if its completely safe to install the 169.12 driver for my 7300gs via EnvyNG.
