Public bug reported: I installed 8.04 today. When I booted it up, it ran 1024x768 or 1280x1024, not sure.
So then I clicked on Restricted Drivers and enabled proprietary Nvidia drivers and restarted. When I restarted, it was in 640x480 mode. Since it ran before I restarted at higher than 640x480 then it shouldn't drop to that low after I restart. It should use the same resolution after reboot for the proprietary Nvidia drivers too. Hope you understand... ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: nvidia resolution screen ** Tags added: nvidia resolution screen -- When activate nvidia proprietary it go down to 640x480 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/221607 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
