Hi John, This is not a core dumping bug.. Firefox does not crash at all, i shall not give you any trace of it, just the screenshot of the result. I just installed the mozilla-firefox-locale-fr-fr and restarted my browser, but it changed nothing. I also tried with a new virgin user account ( to see if it was'nt my profile 'cause you dont have the same ) and it's still the same. no improvement. My java machine is sun-java6-jre. I attach the dump of my about:plugins page. If your gmail account is in english US, just try setting it in French or else (but not in english), and see the chat functionnalty disappearing.
