Likewise, I find this focus-stealing behavior to be easily my pet peeve
about firefox. It wouldn't be so bad if:

- accepting/rejecting the cookies in a dialog for someserver.com applied to all 
the dialogs for that server. Often I'll get a particular server trying to set 5 
different cookies, and get 5 dialogs opened, layered over each other. If i 
accept/reject it (and tell it to remember that decision), it should apply to 
them all
- it didn't switch tabs when an unfocused tab pops up a dialog
- ideally, if this were in a little top-bar trick like when firefox blocks a 
popup/xpi install, that would be really slick.
