Thanks for the link. I did first step mentioned there - flashed my bios with the most recent version (F.51 for HP dv6780ew), and seems that it's better.
I have successfully hibernated it three times with time less than 50 seconds (in place of 10 minutes before). So far it doesn't mean that there is no problem, as it was ok before from time to time, but it brings new hope :). I will monitor it, hibernate it from time to time, and let you know.
