Binary package hint: xorg
Add a function to the X API library for programmers to set transparency
for a window.
SetWindowTransparency(self, 100); // value 0-255.
This would allow programmers to easily make their software appear
transparent/translucent/opaque regardless of widget toolkit, window
manager or compositing manager used.
