Same here, as soon as i try to print with kpdf, there is a bug in edgy's /usr/lib/kde3/libkpdfpart.so
I recompiled kdegraphics-3.5.5 (vanilla) and copied the new libkpdfpart.so and now my kpdf can print without crashing.
