Confirmed. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open pdf in Evince 2. File > Print > Page Setup > Pages per slide = 4 (Note, diagram that appears resembles Table 2 by Tim Fuchs) 3. Output = Table 1 from Tim. This seems to apply to portrait, landscape, reverse portrait and reverse landscape print setups. Have attached an open access pdf journal article for an example.
