Ok, I fixed one thing, but there is still an issue.  I realized that
digital sound was enabled on my box when it was capable of providing
digital sound.  This makes the sound audible and dvd's are watchable.
However, there is still an issue with buffer overflows.  My frontend log
is filled with:

NVP::AddAudioData():p1: Audio buffer overflow, audio data lost!


Also, I think this bug should be moved to mythfrontend, as it appears to be a 
problem with mythfrontend that manifests with dvd's.

It appears that it upstream is handling this with ticket 4764.
