Furthermore, disabling fglrx in the "Hardware Drivers" application (and rebooting, of course) did not make suspend work again. Something happened between the April 15 daily build and tonight's state of the hardy repositories. The one other possibility I can think of is that it's something in my xorg.conf that is unrelated to fglrx.
