daily-live download and install for amd64

when I do
sudo apt-get install hwinfo
when I run hwinfo I get a segmentation error. If you need a memory
dump, let me what flags to set....
When I do an update using the gui adept manager I get a segmentation
error and here is the back trace in the attachement.
System is a ECS Elitegroup MOBO GeForce 7050M-M amd64x2
