When doing some things like minimising windows, or scrolling using the
trackpad, the sound crackles. Using a Compaq presario c300 has an i915
graphics card and HDA intel sound device. Please say what would be
relevent information to post here, (xorg.conf etc)
Could be related to pulseaudio, since I didn't have this problem in
Ubuntu 7.10. Although back then (switching from 7.04 to 7.10) changing
the master volume channel stopped working, and since that didn't get
fixed in 8.04, i switched the default mixer to PCM. That might be
relevent... I don't know.
