In my case, after changing the files to use python2.4 I got the following output on the console: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gdesklets Starting gdesklets-daemon... Connecting to daemon [ ### ] ==========================================================[04/13/08-14:56:05]=== Could not import tiling module!
Cannot establish connection to daemon: timeout! The log file might help you solving the problem.
