Hi,

I just wanted to update this thread with the latest info on the openvz
kernel. Both Paulo and myself were able to compile from the git and boot
the openvz kernel. Unfortunately something is still not working. The cp
and mv commands from coreutils are working fine on the host, but in the
VE the cp and mv fail when the target file exists with the following
error "/bin/cp: skipping file `%%FILENAME%%', as it was replaced while
being copied". Unfortunately this leaves the VE in an unusable state
since nothing can be installed by apt.

For reference here is the thread on the openvz forum:
http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&th=5912&start=0&;

Shall we open an other bug on launchpad for this new bug or just keep
going with this one?

Karoly
