Adam's RCS hackery proved to be a bit more effort than seems reasonable,
given the number of revisions that need to be hacked. I'd probably end
up spending several hours in a text editor for this one, which sounds
like a waste of time.
Punting back to Scott to explain to us how autotools will love us
forever for doing the upstream bump.
