I'm seeing crash notifications both in KDE3 and KDE4, because I've configured 
adept_notifier to display them.
This had been disabled in adept 2.1.3ubuntu16 (Gutsy) by default and not been 
enabled for Hardy.

You can configure this, by editing ~/.kde/share/config/adept_notifierrc
and adding the line "Apport=true" to the "[General]" section.

I've just talked with Jonathan Riddell about this, and if it's enabled
for Ubuntu in the release, we'll maybe enable it then, too.
