I'm seeing crash notifications both in KDE3 and KDE4, because I've configured adept_notifier to display them. This had been disabled in adept 2.1.3ubuntu16 (Gutsy) by default and not been enabled for Hardy.
You can configure this, by editing ~/.kde/share/config/adept_notifierrc and adding the line "Apport=true" to the "[General]" section. I've just talked with Jonathan Riddell about this, and if it's enabled for Ubuntu in the release, we'll maybe enable it then, too. ** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu) Assignee: Daniel Hahler (blueyed) => (unassigned) Status: Incomplete => Triaged ** Summary changed: - Crash reports are not displayed on kubuntu Hardy + Crash notifier is disabled in Kubuntu Hardy/Gutsy by default -- Crash notifier is disabled in Kubuntu Hardy/Gutsy by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/215100 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
