I have this bug since the upgrade from kernel 2.6.24.12 to 2.6.24.15. When I do " sudo dpkg-reconfigure hal" , Starting Hardware Abstraction layer hald fail. I have the message " invoke-rc.d: initscript hal, action "start" failed
