Binary package hint: update-manager
Today I got a dialog asking to do a "partial upgrade" -- upgrading udev,
grub, and initramfs, but when I started it, the first thing it did was
to remove mail-notification, for no reason as far as I can tell, I
installed it again after and it works fine.
