If i install gpg-agent and activate it in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf so that both gpg-agent and seahorse-agent is running the problem is solved. So maybe it would be good to install gpg-agent by default if gpg is installed to make sure people can access their smartcard and use seahorse.
