if you install the package "gnome-vfs-obexftp" with the new bluez-utils, you
will able to use nautilus to browse the memory of bluetooth devices.
Right click on the bluetooth applet , and choose browse device , you should see
an icon on the desktop where the phone is mounted and nautilus comes up showing
the URI "obex://xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx"

You can later on unmount the mobile like any storage device.

However you cannot browse available devices using "obex://" in nautilus
as this is not ported to new the gvfs backends.

The problem with sending individual files from the phone to the computer
is different, it has to with not publishing a push service in the sdp
server, so the phone thinks you cannot handle the file transfer.

IMHO , why this happens, is either policykit -- bluez problems , or the
new bluez-utils sdp server is messed up.
