Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 (beta) with GNOME Terminal 2.22.1.

I am using a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz, 4gb RAM and the nvidia-glx-new
169.12 drivers on a GeForce 8600.

When in window-mode, GNOME Terminal works perfectly.

But when using GNOME Terminal in fullscreen mode (F11), selecting text with the
mouse is slow. There is a 1-2 second delay.
This delay only appears when in full-screen mode. In window mode, its instant.

I don't have this problem when running GNOME Terminal in maximized mode,
only Fullscreen (F11).

** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
