The Oxygen decoration has been created without the possability to change the
window decoration's color. By intention. Also, currently it's creators don't
want to include this feature at all, for whatever reason they might have. We
respect this decision since none prevents you from using a different window
decoration.
If they choose to include this feature at a later point we will be happy to
ship it, but we won't fix this bug by changing a fundamental characteristic of
Oxygen's design concept.
I hope that you can understand this decision.
