Thanks,

The ISO was the Problem.

When I Installed the Nvidia Driver for my cheap Geforce 6200 video card I
was Amazed!
Microshaft beware, there is a free operating system that makes Windows XP
look like you just bought a car from the Junk Yard, not to mention that you
don't have to worry about security, spyware, etc.

Thanks

Tom Buck

[Fixed]
It was the iso file that was the problem.
http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/8.04/ubuntu-8.04-beta-desktop-i386.iso
Use the i386.iso and you won't have the same problem!

Hi,

The installation of Ubuntu 8.04 beta just crash, and it don't say why!? (Dos
it have anything to do with the "hardy-desktop-amd64.iso" file?)

It only suggest me to send the log file so I hope it is going too solve this
problem.

Or can the problem be Ubuntu itself?

Regards,
Andreas88

PS: It crashes when it is installing Ubuntu from the CD.
