qt_plugins_3.3rc is necessary for hp-toolbox (hplip-gui package), if a normal
user tries to run hp-toolbox they get this:
$ hp-toolbox
HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 2.8.2)
HP Device Manager ver. 11.0
Copyright (c) 2001-7 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, LP

I think that this bug is the problem for hplip's bug 181242
