Ulteo appears to be using a derivative of a version of Ubiquity that was present in an early part of the Ubuntu 6.10 development cycle; furthermore, judging from the version number, they have modified it quite extensively. In future, please don't report problems with it to us, as I don't think we can reasonably be expected to support it.
That said, I've committed a guard against this problem for Ubuntu 8.04. We have no control over what goes into Ulteo, so you'll need to report this separately to them. The change I committed is visible here: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu- installer/ubiquity/trunk/revision/2615 ** Changed in: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Colin Watson (kamion) Status: New => Fix Committed -- Ulteo installer crashed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/211503 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
