I have the same problem and it seems to be linked to the package liblaunchpad-integration1. The error that it keeps giving me when I try to install this package is:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/liblaunchpad-integration1_0.1.18_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/lpi-bug.png', which is also in package liblaunchpad-integration0 Manually removing that image seems to do nothing, although I shouldn't have expected it to.
