I am still seeing this issue. I have pm-utils version 0.99.2-3ubuntu8, so version 0.99.2-3ubuntu6 does not fix this as stated above. I have a wired card, not wireless. I've attached my output from dmesg (log was cleared just before I suspended). Had to do a sudo ifdown eth0 and sudo ifup eth0 to get things going. I will also try doing a "/etc/init.d/networking restart" to see if that does the same thing.
