Nicolas, this bug refers to the Epiphany Ad Block extension, not the Firefox one. Epiphany extensions and Firefox plugins are different and not compatible.
The Epiphany-extensions package version is the appropriate one for the installed Epiphany package. I noticed a few other extensions not working or having strange behaviour - Page Info, Mouse gestures. Epiphany has also started crashing a lot after the xulrunner update. Maybe there were some changes in the mozembeed API that caused this ?
