I think there is a bug here. When I switched to Hardy, I was confused
because subtitles weren't automatically loaded anymore. I first thought
about a bug and then checked in the preferences dialog. This option
wasn't there before.

I think we should automatically enable this option as most of users are
use to have their subtitles "just work". I know some of my friends were
confused too when they switched to Hardy.

That shouldn't be too hard to fix. Just change the default value of the
/apps/totem/autoload_subtitles to true in the schemas.
