Setting back to confirmed.

Gareth Fitzworthington : This bug exist in latest Hardy beta with all
updates. This is not a duplicate. This bug happens when the wireless
network is configured manually (ex. with a static IP) with WPA/WPA2.
Hardy won't connect to the network at boot, but it will always work when
you do /etc/init.d/networking restart. This issue persist and is still
confirmed in Hardy.

** Changed in: wpasupplicant (Ubuntu)
