Leann, here's another set, with tonites kernel-updates applied. No change in behavior. Note that load still seems very high on successful resumes. Theory: Maybe important resume processes get killed, because of high load in the failing resume instances ? As mentioned earlier I once had the audio system killed, with an error message to that extent. I don't know how the "cpu overload killer" (whatever it's called), selects processes to kill, OOM as a parallel mechanism is not very selective. My2c...good luck. Best Dan
