This is confirmed in latest beta. At school there are many different routers with the same essid and unprotected (must use browser to actually login). It will work with the first one fine, but after that it has to either be the same one or it doesn't work.
Manually it can be fixed two ways: a) unload iwl3945 and reload it, then connect as normal b) change ap mac address and channel, then dhcp.
