I agree marking this as "Fix Released" is confusing, it should be marked as "Invalid". See comments #143 (Bryce's) and #162 (mine) why.
There should also be a clarification in the original report why this has been closed and that the issue is not fixed. Additionally it should state clearly what Bryce said in comment #143. The more input the devs get the better, so everyone please do what Bryce told you there.
