Using Ubuntu 8.04 beta
gscan2pdf fails to import PDFs generated by OpenOffice and at least one
PDF that I have that was apparently generated by Adobe.
When importing oo_test.pdf no dialog prompting for page range is
displayed and nothing is imported. This is the --debug output that is
generated by the import operation:

When importing HealthClaimForm2008.pdf a dialog box prompts for the page
range (it correctly detects 3 pages as the default value for last page).
I click OK, but nothing is imported. This is the --debug output that is
