I also have no sound. Installed off of the normal 64-bit installer CD, Beta 1. Checked for bugs a while back, none file, glad to see that I'm not the only one. If there is any other info required please do not hesitate to ask, I'll gladly provide it. I might try building the kernel driver into the kernel instead of loading the module, if that works (or if it doesn't) I'll report back. Haven't rolled my own kernel yet since moving to Ubuntu 6 months ago so might take a bit of effort, but I should be able to do it tonight.
